The vision of this community is the integration of both community and sustainable agriculture. We are creating a model environment through regenerative design processes, where we live in greater harmony with one another and the landscape around us. In the celebration of diversity, equality, connectedness and democracy, we support the foundation for an enriching quality of life.
This is a family friendly place, which I believe is the foundation of any community. Enjoy and dream!

This is a video I made on new years eve 2011-2012
As our neighbors were celebrating the whole evening doing loud fireworks, we had a little guest who tried to hide behind the washing machine!
Our dogs started barking and it took us a while to realize that we had a scared (nonetheless) dangerous anteater who tried to hide behind the machine.
It took us some patience, a broom and some nice words to gently help this poor thing to find its way out in the Costa Rican jungle again….
Please watch and share this episode. A true jungle tale of Costa Rica do reduce stress and take it easy! We hope he had a good start into 2012
I hope you forgive me, but I had to do this show today, after I received a bundle of e-mails today from people asking to move in withe me and my family – for free.
How come, that everybody how wants to come to Costa Rica thinks he/she can come and visit me?
You must see that I have chosen to do these videos and all other activities you know me from,in form of a business.
I am supporting my wife, our four children and lots of employees with what I am doing.
It did cost me a fortune to get the knowledge I have today in regards to health, living a stress-free life in the tropics and also how to create a cool lifestyle business that let’s you work from anywhere.
In order to honor me (and my family) there need to be a fair exchange for having my private time.
If you want to know what I am even talking about, please watch this video!
P.S.
Of course will I still provide lots of free (and high quality) stuff via youtube and all my websites…
The Japanese monkey, Macaca Fuscata, had been observed in the wild for a period of over 30 years.
In 1952, on the island of Koshima, scientists were providing monkeys with sweet potatoes dropped in the sand. The monkey liked the taste of the raw sweet potatoes, but they found the dirt unpleasant.
An 18-month-old female named Imo found she could solve the problem by washing the potatoes in a nearby stream. She taught this trick to her mother. Her playmates also learned this new way and they taught their mothers too.
This cultural innovation was gradually picked up by various monkeys before the eyes of the scientists. Between 1952 and 1958 all the young monkeys learned to wash the sandy sweet potatoes to make them more palatable. Only the adults who imitated their children learned this social improvement. Other adults kept eating the dirty sweet potatoes.
Then something startling took place. In the autumn of 1958, a certain number of Koshima monkeys were washing sweet potatoes — the exact number is not known. Let us suppose that when the sun rose one morning there were 99 monkeys on Koshima Island who had learned to wash their sweet potatoes. Let’s further suppose that later that morning, the hundredth monkey learned to wash potatoes.
THEN IT HAPPENED!
By that evening almost everyone in the tribe was washing sweet potatoes before eating them. The added energy of this hundredth monkey somehow created an ideological breakthrough!
But notice: A most surprising thing observed by these scientists was that the habit of washing sweet potatoes then jumped over the sea…Colonies of monkeys on other islands and the mainland troop of monkeys at Takasakiyama began washing their sweet potatoes.
Thus, when a certain critical number achieves an awareness, this new awareness may be communicated from mind to mind.
Guys, I hope you forgive me. This is just a fun video, and I did not mean to harm or offend anybody.
Please note that I am making even more fun of myself, than I make of anyone else!
I just enjoy so much doing some comedy right now, that whenever I do a video like this, I run around the whole day with smile on my face.
I believe that the best way to become more healthy after all is: TO LAUGH!
Taking things (like our diet) too serious is not helping anybody to become better.
P.S.
Even though I make fun of a few people in this video, I am friends with most of them.
Today I just took a day off and went together with my 2 older sons and a friend of our family and her son to the most beautiful waterfall in Costa Rica (while my wife Katie stayed at home with our 2 younger kids)
Wow, what a blast we had!
After climbing up through the rainforest, we finally reached the first waterfall.
My sons and I had such a great time climbing and jumping those rocks you can see in this video; and also swimming in this clear water, that comes out of the earth of the mountains far away from any industrial pollution.
My intention for this video is mainly to inspire you with beautiful impressions from a pristine, untouched tropical paradise.
Enjoy this tropical lifestyle video and get to know the most beautiful waterfalls in Costa Rica.
Also be sure to watch the end.
I have a little surprise for you….
This is a very common question, you will stumble upon if you life a tropical lifestyle.
As I have been living since some years in the tropics, and also have lived in several open AND closed houses myself, I want to pass on my observations and experiences to you freedom and life lovers.
Do you go for a secure closed house that offers protection, but disconnects you from nature and fresh air, or do you live in an open house that has plenty of natural air flow and humming birds stopping by?
In this video, I am highlighting pros and cons of both (insects, mould and parrots) options.
